Leave Types

Earned Leave, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity leave, Study leave etc.. are some of the most commonly used leave types in the Organizations

These leave types are assigned to leave policies. Companies can customize these leave types as per their company’s policy

Leave Accrual

Accrued leave is the number of leaves an employee can earn in a month or year based on the company norms. You can define the leave accrual process either yearly or monthly.

Accrual count allows to define the  number of leaves you want to allot to the employees for the selected leave type in the policy based on the chosen period

Reset to Zero: Available leave balance will be reset to zero based on the chosen accrual period (Yearly/Monthly).

Roll over : Set the limit to carry forward the available leaves  either monthly or yearly based on the chosen period.

Leave Encashment

Leave encashment is the policy of encashing the employee leave. It can be encashed by an employee at the time of retirement, during the continuation of service or at the time of leaving the job.

It is availed only on the unused leaves. Employees can encash their unused leaves monthly or yearly based on the chosen period.

Limit the employees to apply leaves in a month.

Allows to specify the maximum number of leaves allowed for an employee in a  month.
